HELLOFTA TERMS OF SERVICE
2026 English Edition — language and presentation update: 11 October 2026

These terms describe the rights and responsibilities of customers and the operator of HelloFTA (the Store), operated by JASON. This English edition reorganizes the existing store terms for international readers. It does not remove statutory consumer rights or apply new restrictions retroactively. Mandatory consumer protection laws apply where required.

1. PURPOSE
These terms govern use of the Store’s internet services, including access through computers and mobile devices, and transactions for goods and services.

2. DEFINITIONS
The Store means the online marketplace and its operator. A User means a member or guest who uses its services. A Member is a registered account holder; a Guest uses the Store without registering.

3. DISCLOSURE AND CHANGES TO TERMS
The Store displays its business name, representative, address, contact details, registration details and privacy contact on the website. Customers can access these terms through a link. Important cancellation, delivery and refund conditions must be explained before agreement.
Changes must comply with applicable law. The Store will announce the effective date and reasons at least seven days before a change takes effect; changes unfavorable to customers require at least 30 days’ notice and a clear comparison. Revised terms apply to contracts made after their effective date. Earlier contracts retain their original terms unless the customer requests and the Store agrees to the new terms. Applicable consumer protection legislation, regulations and recognized commercial practice govern matters not covered here.

4. SERVICES AND PRODUCT CHANGES
The Store provides product information, concludes purchase contracts, arranges delivery and provides related services. Future offerings may change if stock or technical specifications change; the Store will without delay disclose the changed offering and availability date. If an agreed service must change, the customer will be notified without delay. The Store compensates resulting losses unless it establishes that it was not at fault.

5. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
Maintenance, replacement, equipment failure or communication disruption may temporarily interrupt service. The Store compensates losses caused by interruption unless it establishes that it was not at fault. If business closure, restructuring or a merger prevents continued service, customers will be notified under section 8 and compensated according to announced conditions. If no compensation standard was disclosed, eligible store credits or rewards will be returned in goods or money of equivalent value.

6. MEMBERSHIP
Applicants complete the registration form and agree to the terms. Registration may be refused for false, missing or incorrect information, substantial technical obstacles, or previous loss of membership under section 7. A former member may rejoin after three years with the Store’s approval. Membership begins when acceptance reaches the applicant. Members must update changed information within a reasonable time.

7. ACCOUNT CLOSURE AND SUSPENSION
Members may request account closure at any time; the Store processes it without delay. Membership may be restricted or suspended for false registration information, overdue amounts, misuse of another person’s information, interference with other users, or unlawful conduct or conduct contrary to these terms or public order. Membership may be terminated if the same violation occurs twice or more after restriction, or is not corrected within 30 days. Before removal, the Store notifies the member and provides at least 30 days to explain their position.

8. NOTICES
Individual notices may be sent to the agreed email address. General notices may be posted on the Store’s notice board for at least one week. Matters materially affecting an individual customer’s transaction require individual notice.

9. PLACING AN ORDER
Customers select products, provide accurate recipient and contact information, review the terms, delivery charges and any lawful cancellation limitations, confirm or decline the relevant conditions, submit and review their order, and select an available payment method. Required third-party data disclosures or processing arrangements are explained when needed for the transaction, with consent obtained where legally required rather than blanket consent at registration. Applicable legal exceptions remain effective.

10. FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
The Store may decline an application containing false, missing or incorrect information, a purchase by a minor of prohibited goods, or an application that creates substantial technical difficulties. Where guardian consent is required, a minor or guardian may cancel a contract made without that consent. The contract forms when the Store’s acceptance, conveyed through the order confirmation, reaches the customer. Acceptance identifies the order, availability and information for correction or cancellation.

11. PAYMENT
Only payment methods actually available at checkout can be used. These may include supported bank transfers, cards, electronic payments, store credits or other accepted methods. Listing a method in these terms does not guarantee its availability. The Store does not add a product-price fee solely because of the customer’s payment method.

12. CONFIRMATION, CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
The Store acknowledges order requests. Customers should without delay request correction or cancellation if the confirmation does not match their intention. Requests received before dispatch are processed without delay. If payment has already been made, the withdrawal provisions in sections 15 and 16 apply.

13. FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY
Unless a different fulfillment schedule is agreed, the Store takes the necessary manufacturing, packing and dispatch arrangements within seven days of the order, or within three business days of receiving full or partial payment. Customers are provided a way to check progress. The delivery method, who bears its cost and the expected delivery period are disclosed. The Store compensates losses from exceeding an agreed delivery period unless it establishes that it was not at fault.

14. UNAVAILABLE PRODUCTS
If an order cannot be fulfilled, including because of stock shortages, the Store without delay informs the customer. If payment has been received, a refund or the necessary refund arrangements are made within three business days from receipt of payment.

15. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers may withdraw within seven days after receiving the written contract information, or after receiving the goods or supply begins if that is later, subject to applicable statutory rules.
Lawful exceptions may apply where goods are lost or damaged through the customer’s fault (opening packaging solely to inspect the contents does not itself remove withdrawal rights); use or consumption substantially reduces value; time passing makes resale substantially difficult; or sealed packaging of reproducible goods has been opened. For the latter three cases, the Store must have clearly disclosed the restriction or provided an appropriate trial opportunity; otherwise the restriction does not apply.
If goods differ from their description or advertising, or performance differs from the contract, withdrawal may be requested within three months of supply and within 30 days after the customer knew or could have known of the discrepancy. These are separate limits that both apply, subject to mandatory law.

16. REFUNDS AND RETURN COSTS
The Store refunds amounts paid within three business days after receiving returned goods. Statutory late-refund interest applies where required. For card or electronic payment, the Store without delay requests suspension or cancellation of the charge through the payment provider.
The customer bears return costs for a change-of-mind withdrawal; no withdrawal penalty or damages are charged. The Store bears necessary return costs when goods do not match their description or the contract. Responsibility for original outbound shipping costs is clearly disclosed when relevant. Contact customer service for the correct return address and handling instructions; this process does not limit statutory withdrawal rights.

17. PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Store collects only information needed for its services and does not collect purchase-specific information prematurely at registration, except minimum information legally required for verification. Purposes are disclosed and consent is obtained where required. New purposes or third-party disclosures require appropriate notice and consent unless law permits otherwise. Required details about the controller, purposes, recipients and information shared are disclosed; consent may be withdrawn.
Customers may request access and correction. The Store without delay acts and does not use disputed information pending correction. Access to personal information is limited; the Store remains responsible under applicable law for losses involving loss, theft, leakage, unauthorized sharing or alteration. Information is deleted when its purpose is fulfilled, subject to lawful retention requirements. Consent boxes are not preselected. Refusal of optional data consent does not prevent registration or unrelated services. Further details are in the Privacy Policy.

18. THE STORE’S RESPONSIBILITIES
The Store complies with law and these terms, works to provide stable services and maintains appropriate safeguards for personal and credit information. It is responsible for losses caused by unlawful misleading advertising. Unwanted commercial advertising emails are not sent.

19. ACCOUNT SECURITY
Members must keep their login credentials secure and must not allow others to use them. Notify the Store without delay if credentials are stolen or used by someone else, and follow reasonable security instructions. The Store’s privacy responsibilities remain unaffected.

20. ACCEPTABLE USE
Users must not submit false information, misuse another person’s information, alter Store information without authorization, transmit unauthorized software or material, infringe intellectual property, damage others’ reputation or disrupt business, or post obscene, violent or otherwise unlawful content.

21. EXTERNAL WEBSITES
Links may lead to independent websites. Where the Store clearly discloses that it does not guarantee transactions independently provided by an external website, it does not assume such a guarantee. This does not exclude liability imposed by mandatory law.

22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Rights in content created by the Store belong to the Store. Users must not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute or commercially exploit protected content without prior permission. If the Store uses a user’s copyrighted work under an agreement, it will notify that user as agreed.

23. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
The Store maintains a process for reasonable complaints and compensation requests and handles these with priority. If immediate resolution is difficult, it explains the reason and expected schedule. Eligible e-commerce disputes may be submitted to an appropriate consumer dispute mediation body.

24. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Korean law governs these terms and e-commerce disputes, without excluding mandatory protections that apply to the customer. Jurisdiction follows applicable procedural law: the existing terms provide for the court at the customer’s address or residence, while cases involving an unclear address or overseas residence follow jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. No exclusive new forum is imposed by this English edition.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER INFORMATION
Prices and order currency are displayed on the product page and at checkout. Payment providers may apply their own currency conversion or transaction charges. International shipment availability depends on the product, destination and applicable restrictions.
Published FedEx rates are indicative. Final shipping charges are confirmed after packed weight, dimensions and destination are checked. A zero estimate or a pending quote is not an offer of free shipping. Any additional charge must be explained and agreed before dispatch. Delivery estimates depend on the service and customs processing; they are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly agreed.
Where applicable, destination customs authorities or carriers may assess import duties, taxes or clearance fees. Any allocation of these costs must be disclosed for the order; these terms do not replace the order-specific agreed delivery conditions. Contact the Store before ordering if local import requirements or product suitability are uncertain. Statutory remedies for defective or incorrectly supplied goods remain available.
